1. Submission Period

1.1 The Event is open for ongoing submissions with no fixed end date (the “Submission Period”). Participants may submit their entries at any time unless otherwise announced by the Company.

1.2 The Company will review submissions and select winners every quarter. Each quarterly cycle will include all eligible entries submitted within that period.

1.3 Submission timestamps will be determined based on the time of upload on the Event Website or the original posting time on social media platforms. The Company is not responsible for any late, lost, or failed submissions.

2. Who can Enter

The Event is ONLY open to individuals who are legal residents of their country/territory of residence and who are at least the age of majority (or 18 years of age if there is no statutory age of majority) in such country/territory as of the date of their entry to the Event. Legal proof of identification may be required by the Company to determine eligibility upon being selected as a winner.

3. How to Enter

3.1 You must upload your footage captured on the moments where dash cam footage provided proof when it mattered most or stories that highlight safer driving and road awareness with a 70mai dash cam on our event page at https://70mai.store/pages/drive-with-70mai-ugc or on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook groups, official subreddit. Include the hashtags #DriveWith70mai in your post's caption or description.

3.2 No purchase necessary. To enter the Event, you must have your own Facebook/Instagram/X/TikTok/Reddit account that is set to public during the Submission Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this event. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

3.3 The Company will not verify receipt of submission. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, undelivered, illegible, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, that have been submitted through illicit means or by any means which subvert the entry process or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to enter the Event by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification.

4. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions

4.1 To qualify for the Event, the entries must be submitted by the entrant personally during the Submission Period.

The Participant may only use ONE (1) Facebook or X or Instagram or TikTok username to participate in this Event. Any Participant who is found to have entered the Event with more than one Facebook/X /Instagram/TikTok username may be disqualified and all such Comments received by such person during the Period may be disqualified, and the prize may be forfeited at Company’s sole discretion.

5. Warranties and Representations

5.1 By entering the Event, you warrant and represent the following:

5.2 (a)It shall be lawful and eligible for you to enter into the Event and make the Submission. The submission should be original and all information you provide in respect to the Event should be true and accurate；

5.3 (b)You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules of the platform and your entries will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party;

5.4 (c)You have obtained legal authorization and/or paid a license fee from the right holder if the entry you submit contains the intellectual property rights of a third party, including but not limited to syncing video, images, audio, photos, text or embedded other material for use in UGC;

5.5 (d)You have obtained express consent from the third parties to submit their likeness to the extent any third parties are visible in the UGC; and

5.6 (e)Your agreement to the Terms and Conditions herein will not violate or conflict with any obligations owed by You to a third party;

6. Determination of Winners

6.1 To determine which participants will win prizes, the judges will consider overall UGC quality, commitment, and the engagement data (likes, comments, shares) of your shared posts. Participants agree to be bound by the judges’ decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Event.

6.2 Entries will only be considered for the quarterly cycle in which they are submitted and will not roll over to subsequent periods unless otherwise determined by the Company.

6.3 By submitting an entry, Participants agree to abide by this process of winner selection and the Company’s decision, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Event, and the awarding of a prize.

7. Prizes

A total of twenty-seven (27) winners will be selected for this event.

Prizes include:

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received by the Company.

7.1 All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged into cash and other forms of credit unless otherwise provided. Each prize is subject to its own set of terms and conditions. Prizes are provided "as is" without further representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Company be obligated to award any of the prizes should it determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the entries are unsatisfactory. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Company, Company shall provide a substitute prize selected in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Company in its sole discretion.

8. Notification

Winners will be announced on the Company’s official social media channels within the month following the end of each quarterly cycle.

8.1 The Company may contact entrants to verify their entry and request permission to repost the submitted content on, including but not limited to, the Event Website and the Company’s official social media channels. Entries that cannot be verified or authorized may be disqualified.

8.2 Winners will be contacted via their registered contact details. If a winner cannot be reached within 3 days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at the Company’s sole discretion.

8.3 If requested by the Company, winners shall within 5 business days of prize notification:

(a) Sign and return a liability / publicity release and/or license agreement (in the Company’s standard form without amendment); and

(b) Submit releases / authorizations (in the Company’s standard form without amendment) from any and all third parties appearing in their respective Submissions, without any payment or consideration to be paid by the Company, failing which may result in disqualification of the Submissions and from the Event, in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

(c) By participating in the contest, participants authorize the Organizer to exploit, commercialize and make available to the public – all within the statutory limits - directly or through its web and/or its social networks, the footage(s) created in connection with the contest and use the footage(s) (“the material”) for commercial and/or advertising purposes. The afore-mentioned authorization is granted on an exclusive and irrevocable basis; in the broadest possible form in law; without any form of remuneration/compensation; for the whole world; for the whole legal life of the rights up to their passage into the public domain; with the capacity to assign to third parties. This authorization will also cover all exploitation rights, including the rights of disclosure and publication, fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication and making available to the public, the right of transformation and collection right that may correspond to the footage(s) or the work derived from it, as well as industrial property rights and any other rights that may be derived from the footage(s) and/or its elements.

8.4 An entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified, all required documents returned and executed, and the entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete.

9. Conditions, Limitations and Liabilities

9.1 In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number of each type stated in the “Prizes” section above.

9.2 The Event and all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

9.3 By entering the Event, you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Company, its advertising and promotion agencies, the Judging Panel and any member of 70mai, or other party in any way involved in the development or administration of this Event, including suppliers of materials or services related to the Event and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) for all losses, costs, damages or claims arising as a result of or in connection with your Submissions, participation of the Event, selection of entries, the awarding, accepting, arranging or use of the prizes, non- compliance with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws and regulations and/or violation or infringement of any third party rights.

9.4 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees are not responsible for and expressly disclaim any and all liability associated with (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Submission information, including communication failures or human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Submissions and/or any submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Terms and Condition; (ii)late, lost, stolen, containing false information, damaged, misdirected, garbled or incomplete entries, transmissions or transactions, those that are altered or otherwise irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Terms and Conditions; (iii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by, or in any way related to an awarded Prize or the Event itself; (iv) any problems or technical malfunctions, including failure of servers, hardware or software transmission, errors, omissions, interruptions, communication failures, including any malfunctions of the Event Website or any operations or transmission of information during the Period, including, without limitation, any problems, human or technical, errors, lost, delayed, garbled or corrupted data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone, communication or transmission lines, technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, hardware or software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Event Website, or any combination thereof including, without limitation, any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material connected to the Event, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Event; (v) any errors, omissions, incorrect or inaccurate information in any Event-related materials, including, without limitation, printing or advertising errors or the failure of or problems with any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Event howsoever caused; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers" or otherwise; (vii) any claims regarding the judging of Submissions, or the awarding, accepting, arranging or use of the Prizes; or (viii) electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind. Submission material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.

9.5 Releasees shall not be liable:

(a) For exercising the Company’s rights under these Terms and Conditions or as otherwise permitted by law, if the Event cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded or redeemed due to causes beyond its control or otherwise not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations;

(b) For technical malfunctions, errors or failure of any kind, lost Submissions, lost or unavailable network connections, Event Website, internet or ISP availability, or failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Event, including any damage to any computer relating to or resulting from participating in the Event; and for damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Reservation of Rights

10.1 The Company reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any prior notice whatsoever:

(a) Cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Event or amend or substitute any of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including without limitation where the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Event shall be corrupted or affected by virus, bugs, fraud or other causes beyond its control, or the receipt of an insufficient number of Submissions; and/or

(b) Disqualify any entrant or Submission for any reason, including without limitation for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Event, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Event by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices, acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Company representatives. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE EVENT WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS EVENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY AN ENTRANT FROM THIS AND FUTURE EVENT. All materials submitted become the property of Company and will not be returned.

10.2 In the event that the operation of the Event or any part thereof (a) shall require any prior approval, consent and/or permit from any competent authorities of any jurisdictions; and/or (b) under these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended or substituted from time to time) shall be contrary to any applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdictions, the relevant jurisdictions shall automatically be excluded from the Event and no entrants of such jurisdictions shall be eligible to enter into the Event.

10.3 The Company’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Event.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity of this Terms and Conditions, shall be submitted exclusively to the competent Courts in China.

11.2 Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Event or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Event but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. General

12.1 Each of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed independently of every other such provision. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by any court or competent authority to be illegal, invalid and/or unenforceable in any respect, then such determination shall not affect any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, all of which shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that in place of the unenforceable provision or provisions shall be substituted a new provision or provisions as like in force and effect as may be permitted by law.

12.2 Any person other than an entrant to the Event or the Company shall not benefit from or be entitled to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Any person other than an entrant to the Event or the Company shall not benefit from or be entitled to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. The Company shall not be required to notify or obtain the consent of any party in order to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions.

12.3 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, designs, Event materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by either Company and/or their respective affiliates or authorized licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted materials or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

13. Winner List

Winners will be informed via the winner's inbox, and will be announced by post.

14. Translations; Terms and Conditions Govern

These Terms and Conditions shall be in English only, which shall prevail, govern and control in all aspects, and all translated versions of these Terms and Conditions in any other language shall be for reference only and shall not be binding. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any Event related materials, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control.
